Simon has over 40 years’ experience of structuring and shaping major projects in a range of sectors, predominantly infrastructure related but including defence related assets and systems. In the UK he has been heavily involved in multi phase urban regeneration projects throughout the country. Public/private partnerships structures are at the heart of his work and he has regularly advised Government on sensitive and innovative projects. He has a longstanding involvement with rail related projects. He has lived and worked extensively outside the UK and speaks a wide range of languages including German Russian and French
Sian has very substantial and extensive experience over many years in the real estate sector advising a full range of market participants with a particular focus on development and regeneration projects . She brings to bear a particular appreciation of the perspective of funders and their regulatory environment having worked for many years for a major international real estate investment bank.
